From a technological perspective, our process advantage lies in precise control throughout the entire process. Firstly, in the embossing stage, we employ customized high-precision convex-concave meshing rollers, strictly controlling the unwinding speed to 3-5 meters per minute. This ensures that the hammer-print depth remains uniformly between 0.1-0.3mm, resulting in clear textures and a strong three-dimensional effect. Simultaneously, through the plastic deformation of the metal grains, the tensile strength of our products is increased by more than 20% compared to ordinary aluminum sheets. After embossing, the hammered aluminum sheet is directly immersed in a 40-meter-long anodizing bath for anodizing. Precise temperature control of 20-35℃ and a scientific oxidation time of 7-16 minutes create a dense oxide film on the surface, achieving over 1500 hours of salt spray testing without corrosion, perfectly suited for harsh environments such as coastal areas and high humidity. Subsequent precise cleaning and segmented baking processes further enhance the sheet's flatness and wear resistance. Daily friction will not cause the texture to fade, maintaining its high-quality feel even after long-term use.
