The white painted side has slight, but consistent imperfections and does not have a pvc coating.

The thickness range of diamond embossed aluminum is 0.10-3.0mm thickness. The maximum width can be machined up to 1550mm, and the tolerance of the whole sheet thickness of diamond embossed aluminum coil is very small. The tolerance of the middle and sides is +/-0.01mm, which is the tolerance of the same board. The commonly used aluminum alloy number are 1060 and 3003.
The surface looks like diamond, it is wildly used in refrigerator, solar heat reflectors, decorative aluminum products , aluminum roofing sheet and air conditioning.
